Opportunity Edge Fellowship builds a bridge between your organisation and a talent pool that has been overlooked for too long — vetted, trained, and ready to contribute from Day 1.
Partnering with Opportunity Edge Fellowship gives your organisation structured access to high-potential talent while making a genuine impact on Nigeria's talent development landscape.
Every fellow arrives at your organisation having completed a rigorous selection process and a one-week intensive bootcamp. They are ready to work from Day 1.
Fellows don't fill seats. They own a specific capstone project — agreed by you and OEF — that delivers actual value to your team over 4 months.
Before you commit to a hire, you have 4 months to see exactly how a fellow thinks, works, and delivers. The best entry-level hire you'll make is one you already know.
You're not fulfilling a CSR quota. You're directly changing the career trajectory of a talented young Nigerian who otherwise would never have had this opportunity.
Partner organisations are featured in all OEF communications — social media, website, and impact reports — as organisations investing in Nigeria's future talent.
As OEF grows, so does your access to a consistently improving talent pipeline — built around your sector, your needs, and your standards.
You reach out, we connect. We learn about your organisation, your departments, and what kind of fellow would create the most value for your team. No long forms, no heavy commitment — just a conversation.
Together, we identify the right track, the right department, and the capstone project the fellow will own. We formalise this in a simple MOU — transparent, fair, and straightforward.
After selection, we match you with a fellow whose skills, interests, and track align with your placement. You'll know who's coming before they arrive.
Over 4 months, we run weekly check-ins with both you and the fellow. We stay close. If there are challenges, we address them. Your experience as a partner organisation matters to us.
At the end of the fellowship, the fellow presents their completed capstone project. You get real work, real value, and a genuine sense of what this person could do as a permanent member of your team.
We are currently onboarding our first 3 to 5 pioneer partner organisations for Beta Cohort 1. These are the organisations who will shape what OEF looks like — not just benefit from it.
Pioneer partners don't just receive a fellow. They help define the standards, provide feedback that improves the programme, and earn founding recognition that follows OEF as it scales.
We are not asking for a long-term commitment. We are asking for one conversation.
Send us an email and a member of our partnerships team will respond within 48 hours to schedule an introductory call.
